While we’re not a "Xerox authorized service provider" it may not make any difference to you if the Xerox printer or Multi-Function Printer that you have is one of the many thousands of pieces of equipment, sold in this area alone, which was manufactured FOR Xerox by Samsung Electronics. If your Xerox printer or Multi-Function Printer is a table-top model that was purchased from a retail store and not directly from Xerox or a Xerox authorized dealer then there is a good chance that it’s a Samsung. We have servicing experience on the Samsung versions of these machines as well as a stock of, or ready access to the replacement parts. Furthermore, while we’re admitting that we’re not technical experts on those machines which are actually manufactured BY Xerox, we have none the less, successfully serviced much of their equipment to our customers’ satisfaction. We don’t get paid unless we fix it and if want to avoid paying Xerox what they charge for sending a technician just to look at your machine then you may want to give us first refusal on the service call. While we’ve been totally honest with you with regard to our experience servicing Xerox’s copiers, you should be wary of some of our competitors who will tell you in a most “confident voice” that they’re experts on Xerox equipment. Fees For Xerox Copier & Printer Repairs
We charge $125 for the first hour or part thereof to REPAIR a Xerox PRINTER or printer based multi-function unit and $80 for each additional hour divided into 15 minute intervals. We charge $160 for the first hour or part thereof to REPAIR a Xerox COPIER and $80 for each additional hour divided into 15 minute intervals. It has been our experience, especially in the case of printers, that most repair take less than an hour. If an open fee schedule make you a bit apprehensive then we can commit to a flat rate, including the cost of parts if you will be willing to work with us over the phone by describing what the apparent problem is.
There is never a "travel charge" to or from your location nor is travel time part of the first hour of service. If we must return a second time with a part that we didn't have on the first visit then we will only charge you for the total time spent repairing the equipment during both visits.
We maintain an unusually large spare parts inventory for these machine in our service vehicles at all times. If we don't have a part needed to complete the repair on the first visit then 90% of the time we can have it drop-shipped directly to your office for installation the very next day and at no shipping charge to you! The parts warehouse is in New Jersey.
We do not offer “drop-off” service. We go to you!
We never ask nor expect to be paid until the work is fully completed!
