Fees For Brother Printer Repairs

We charge a flat service labor fee of $115 to REPAIR Brother monochrome (B&W) Multi-Function Copiers -MFC or DCP units and $95 for Intellifax machines with the exception of those models shown in red for which we charge a service labor fee of $115 for the first hour and $80 for each additional hour divided into quarters. For Brother color printers and Multi-Function Color Printers we charge a fee of $115 for the first hour and $80 for each additional hour divided into quarters. Please note that it is our experience that 90% of all service issues can be resolved within an hour. If an open fee schedule makes you a bit apprehensive, we can commit to a flat rate for your repair, including the cost of whatever parts will be needed, if you are willing to work with us over the phone in describing what you believe the issues may be.

There is never a “travel charge” to or from your location nor is travel time part of the first hour of service. There is never an additional charge if we must return a second time with a part that we may not have had on the first visit. We carry an unusually large spare parts inventory in our servicing vehicles at all times.

Providing that a Brother dealer is not charging more than MSRP on parts, we can only discount marginally on items such as rollers and switches. However, we are 20%-30% less than the dealers on such parts as fuser assemblies and Intermediate Transfer Belt units.

Our technicians never try to “up-sell.” If the repairs needed are not what our industry would consider “typical” we’ll let you know over the phone before coming. No surprises…ever.

We do not offer “carry-in” service. We go to you!

We never ask nor expect to be paid until the repairs are fully completed!
