Fees for Kyocera-Copystar Printer & Copier Repairs

We charge a flat service labor fee of $95 to REPAIR a Kyocera or Copystar monochrome (B&W) printer. For all monochrome (B&W) and color Multi-Function Printers and copiers we charge a service labor fee of $115 for the first hour or part thereof and $80 for each additional hour divided into quarters. Please note that it is our experience that 90% of all service issues can be resolved within an hour. If an open fee schedule makes you a bit apprehensive, we can commit to a flat rate for your repair, including the cost of whatever parts will be needed, if you are willing to work with us over the phone in describing what you believe the issues may be.

There is never a travel charge to or from your location, nor is travel time part of the first hour of service. If we must return a second time with a part that we didn't have on the first visit and the service is not flat rate, then we will only charge you for the total time spent repairing the equipment during both visits.

We carry an impressive inventory of spare part for these machines in our service vehicles at all times.

Provided that a dealer is not charging you more than MSRP on parts, we can only save you marginally on such items as paper feed roller, switches and sensors. However, we are generally 20%-30% LESS on those high-ticket items such as fuser parts, copying drums, circuit boards and maintenance kits.

Our technicians never try to “up-sell.” If the repairs needed are not what our industry would consider “typical” we’ll let you know over the phone before coming. No surprises…ever.

We do not offer “carry-in” service. We go to you!

We never ask nor expect to be paid until the repairs are fully completed!
